This policy explains what My Body Story Acupuncture & Conditioning Center does with the information you send through this website, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers the website. Health information you share as a patient is kept in your clinical record, separate from the site.
Information we collect
This website does not use an inquiry form, user accounts or payment fields. You can contact the clinic directly by phone or email, or use the external booking service. Your hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information to deliver and secure the website.
This site has no accounts and takes no payments, so it does not collect passwords, card numbers, or any payment details.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer your question, arrange an appointment, and keep a record of your inquiry. Our reply reaches you at the email address or phone number you gave us.
Phone and email links are provided for scheduling and general questions. Email is not a secure channel for detailed medical histories. Please discuss sensitive health information during your visit or through the clinic’s approved patient service.
The email link opens your email application. This website does not send an automatic receipt or confirmation email. Any reply is sent by the clinic through its normal email service.
Site analytics
This version of the website has no embedded analytics counter, advertising pixels or AI chat service. Technical hosting logs may be processed by the hosting provider. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated.
We do not use advertising pixels or third-party tracking tools on this site.
Other services this site uses or links to
Booking: the Book Appointment buttons open our online scheduling service (Unified Practice) on its own site. What you enter there is handled under that service's privacy policy, not this one.
Map: the contact page shows a Google Maps frame to help you find the clinic. When that frame loads, Google may set cookies or collect data, as it does on any site that embeds its map.
Social: our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Yelp profiles are links to those platforms, and their own policies apply once you are there.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. It is seen only by the clinic staff who handle inquiries, and by the service providers that run the parts of this site holding it: our website hosting, the email service that delivers the messages above, and our customer-record system. If the law requires it, information may be disclosed to the proper authorities.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages and replies are handled through the clinic’s normal communication systems, separately from the website files. This website does not store inquiry messages or patient records.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell us using the contact details on this page and we will act on your request.

If we change how this site handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
